Wiring Assembly
Washing machine wiring assembly is an important part of the washing machine assembly process, involving the operation of the motor, the operation of the control system, and safety performance.
The motor wires usually have two or three wires, including phase (fire), zero and ground. Connect the motor wires to the appropriate terminals on the control board of the washer. Pay attention to wire colors and markings to ensure that the phase, zero and ground wires are properly connected. Connect the wiring from the control panel to the washer's control board, including buttons, knobs, and displays. Use wire clips or ties to secure the control wires to avoid loose cables. Sensor and switch wiring. Connect the wiring of sensors such as water level sensor, temperature sensor, etc. to the control board. Connect the wiring of door switches, power switches, etc. to the control board. Connect the metal casing of the washer to ground, usually with a special grounding screw or terminal block. Make sure the ground connection is reliable to minimize the risk of electrical leakage.
